What is your Exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange your shoes, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will share the details and the return shipping charges need to be paid by you.
Once the return shipment has been dispatched, please share the details back with us.
The new requested item will be delivered to you (free of charge), as soon as the returned item is received in the Kenkoh warehouse.
* If you are located in UAE, you may avail the exchange directly at one of our stores, following a prior email confirmation.

What is your refund policy?
To refund a purchase back to your original payment method, follow the instructions below. We must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Once your item(s) are received, allow 7-10 working days to process your refund.
Refunds exclude original shipping charges. An additional fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover collection, handling, and shipping back to our warehouse. For fee information, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to your PayPal account. If you paid with credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to appear on your bank account, PayPal account or credit card may vary. For cash on delivery orders please share your bank details for the refund with us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can I return products I purchased from a retailer to Kenkoh.jp?
We only accept returns for items purchased at Kenkoh.jp. If you wish to return an item you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.
