Where do you ship from?

We offer fast international shipping through DHL from our fulfilment hub in Dubai, UAE.

 

What are the delivery charges?

What are the applicable customs duties and taxes?

Orders to Middle East countries

For UAE orders 5% VAT and KSA orders 15% VAT is applicable. No additional charges will be payable on receipt of the parcel.

Orders to other international countries

Taxes and customs duties are not included in the order price. Charges may be applicable upon receipt of the parcel.

These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.

If the recipient refuses delivery of the package, Kenkoh reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping the product. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.
