Delivery FAQ

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow for 7 days from the time you receive your order confirmation email for your sandals to arrive.

2. What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If 7 days have passed since you have received your order confirmation email, please email our customer service team on info@kenkohme.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an answer.

3. How will I know what time Aramex or Parzel will deliver?

Before they deliver the package to your home, they will call you to set up an appointment.

4. What do I do if I miss a call from Aramex or Parzel?

Please call your local Aramex or Parzel office and give them your package tracking airway bill number. They will update you on the status and confirm a time for delivery.

5. How will I know what time Aramex or Parzel will deliver?

Before they deliver the package to your home, they will call you to set up an appointment.

6. Do you offer cash on delivery?

We offer cash on delivery in the GCC & India only for an extra charge

7. Can I track the delivery of my order?

If you have ordered via our website you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order here

8. How do deliveries work with cash on delivery?

If you opted for cash on delivery, you need to have the amount ready at the time of the delivery of the package. Please note that the courier will only deliver the package and will not wait for you to try on the shoes. For information on refunds or exchanges please click here

9. Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security we aren’t able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry our courier service will call you before they deliver.

10. What if I want to exchange my shoes once I receive it?

Please email info@kenkohme.com and we will be happy to exchange your shoes for free. You will just need to resend the pair you have back to our office on your expense.
